The Butcher is a hunched backed man responsible for disposing of all dead bodies and belongings.

The Butcher is introduced in Hostel when he pushes a cart filled with dead bodies into a room were he begins chopping them up into smaller pieces. He then carries the pieces into a furnace room where he incinerates them. He is killed by Paxton who bludgeons him to death with a hammer.
